Room was quite spacious and quiet.
Beds are hard but this is normal for Taiwan.
Location is very good with close access to metro stations and various restaurants within comfortable walking distance.

Could have used a glass but this is a great hotel. Came with fridge and microwave and some cutlery. Great location across from the mrt and Taipei 101 was down the street. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer. Fabulous for longer stays.

We've got the harbor view and mountain view on the 12th floor. We love the hot spring, but wouldn't dare to soak in the cold spring for too long. The hotel room, staff and the food were all very good!
