The staff is courteous and helpful. Room is clean and the resort is still new. Price is reasonable and their breakfast is delicious. The only issue is the wifi connection which is slow. Overall we have a nice stay at the property.

Rooms are quite small, especially the bathroom and so is the pool but this is expected considering the affordable price. It is in forest/jungle surroundings, a short drive to the beach and airport. I might suggest renting a car or having Grab on your phone to get around. The hotel was opened in January, 2025 so it was very new and clean looking with a nice entrance and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is nothing special but gets the job done. I only stayed one night so I was satisfied enough with it. If I stayed longer I can imagine I’d be tired of it after having it twice. The buffet coffee was instant coffee.

Water supply in the shower very slow and only little of water will come out from the shower head, only like a NEEDLE...informed counter about the issue but no one go up to the room from Engineering dept.to fix. Toilet door cannot be close as the door itself and the door jam measurement doesn't fit at all. No one will clean or take your rubbish everyday not unless you will hang the signage outside the door, in our case that signage is also missing in our room, when called the reception and asked why our garbage was not collected which in fact we are not in the room the whole day they just told us maybe you did not hang the signage outside the door, when we asked where is that signage as we do not have in our room, then thats also the time they gave it to us🙄. On our last day, we wanted to enjoy the pool before checking out but the pool counter is empty, no staff around to ask for a pool towel, we go down to the reception 2x with 20min interval before the staff showed up bringing 1 pack of towels and just put it there without saying anything or even looked at us then quickly leave. There were a lot of childrens and some adults swimming,only in this hotel i experienced that nobody is incharge in the pool which in fact this is the risk area for accidents and emergencies. Good thing most of the time we are not in the hotel so at least we enjoyed outside touring around the nearby places. Thank you.

A bit far from Alona, trike gets expensive daily. Nice staff and bed is comfortable but the bathroom has a sewer smell and gets very wet during shower.

The property is in a quiet position situated away from the highway. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the pool and the rest of the hotel was very clean and maintained. Very relaxing atmosphere at the pool, it wasn't busy and perhaps that made the stay so relaxing and enjoyable. Definitely a place to stay again.

This property was wonderful. The staff were always kind and accommodating. The pool was wonderful and the pool bar was great as well. Rooms were very clean and enjoyed hot water shower. Breakfast buffet with different options every morning was fantastic. Only recommendations are too have more tv options than YouTube and better dealing for the doors to the balcony in the rooms.

This was an amazing property. The staff was exceptional. Very cordial and professional. The room was spacious and very clean. Even had an in-room sink. The restaurants were good with a lot of selections. We especially enjoyed our dinners at the Horizon pool bar on the second floor. Good selection of Filipino dishes to choose from and a bar. Very enjoyable. Also free covered parking if you have a car. If not, there is a tuktuk service available for very reasonable prices.

Very pleasant stay

Great location, close to Alona beach but you will need a motorbike. Great service and very friendly and polite staff. The room is well equipped: air conditioning, minibar, hot water. Great pool, great breakfast buffet with diverse choices. Laundry service also available with good price.
