「the hotel is on a small mountain. there's not much store or place nearby. actually whole banglao island just few big tour spot and this hotel offer the motorbike to rent or they can arrange the traffic for you(will charge) so I thought the traffic is not big issue for us. you can ride motorbike to alona beach about 20mins. And their staff is nice to get with and also offer really nice massage there^^ and the room is really beauty with a balcony. also a hammock out there. it's a nice place...

「We had a great stay here, the room was clean and great, the staff were very helpful and we had a great stay overall! It’s not on a beachfront or anything, but the pool is very nice and there are lots of beaches on the island to choose from - also, if you are using the ‘Grab’ app for transportation, the hotel doesn’t show up, however we were still able to use the app using an address next door. I would recommend the hotel to anyone, we had a lovely and carefree stay! 」

「This resort is in a secluded location, very quiet and safe. The staff were very accommodating. It was difficult to get a hold of them initially to arrange for airport transfer. The numbers provided do not work on WhatsApp or Messenger, difficult with international phones and data only eSIM. I only received one response via email that I found on Facebook asking for flight info. Even then, there was no follow up. I wasn’t sure if we were going to have transport pick us up or not, but there was one...
