Was the only hotel available on EXPEDIA for the night i was in Dauphin. Its a older motel style place with an actual key to get into the room. Room looked fairly recently remodeled and was clean and quiet. Coffee in the breakfast room was good.

It’s an older property but very clean and has a decent complimentary breakfast, staff is friendly and efficient, and it’s affordable. The walls/ceiling are very thin though, so when the neighbours got to fighting the entire night, it woke the kids several times and eventually I just gave up on sleeping, that’s not the fault of the hotel though, I could have called it in, it was just too violent sounding at times and I was scared to have anyone confront them.

We booked two rooms for a couple of night for family who were evacuated from a Northern Manitoba community. The hotel made immediate accommodations, did not charge for a deposit, and stayed close to the front desk until early in the morning to help our family, threw cats, and the dog check in after fleeing wildfires. What an amazing place and and amazing team. Thank you for helping us all during this crisis!

For the age of the property, I thought it was excellent. The staff was really friendly and good to deal with. The location worked really good being we were there to watch our grandson at the hockey rink just across the street.
