“The pool is finally operational. The staff are keeping up the great work. It was a smooth transaction and everything went well. I can’t thank you enough for all the help and the professionalism.”

“Stayed here with my family after a Jets game. Hotel was a great location from the game and didn’t have to pay twice for parking. It was very convenient.”

“Unfortunately hot tub was closed first night of stay. Still took in the pool and the sauna. 2nd night hot tub was back on and the tropical pool regained it's former glory. Real tropical plants! Someone should really fix that sauna door though. ”

“Everything was fine, except that my room was next to what appears to be a mechanical room where there was a constant low-level humming noise, very irritating. Also, in the middle of the night, there was a sudden large noise when certain machine roared into operation. The hotel should not assign rooms next to the mechanical/utilities building to customers.”

“Very limited parking. Had to use a lot about a block away. Also coffee machines in room are not good. If you want a morning coffee you’re told use machine or go to nearby coffee shop. That shop coffee is awful. So if you want to relax in the morning with a coffee this isn’t the place to stay. Otherwise nice location”

“The window in my room faced the back underside of the waterslide so the view sucked and I got to hear all the screaming from the pool area. The only flaw to an otherwise excellent time.”

“Hotel and staff were great! Only disappointment was that their website shows photos of a hot tub which has since been removed so that needs to be updated as we specifically looked for a hotel with a hot tub. ”
