“Upon arrival they placed us in a room with a window covered with film felt very enclosed and very uncomfortable. They then moved us to another room on second level which then had a mouse in the wall. They then moved us to a different room after complaining, which I'll add was close to midnight after driving 12-hours. I might add the staff who checked us in had the audacity to ask if we used anything prior to moving us, might I add we were ready to sleep when we heard the mouse. Smh. The manager……

“Clean room, great staff, great food, carpets could use a clean and the hallways need a clean.”

“Every hotel room should take note the Mere does it right. I have high expectations for cleanliness and I was not disappointed. The storage unit is a great use of space and the two robes came in handy because the room was either freezing or too warm. That’s one of two negatives. I think the thermometer wasn’t working correctly, yes I mentioned it when I checked out. The only other complaint was the parking. Definitely not enough and the spots are very tight.we had a truck and couldn’t fit into……

“WE STAYED AT THIS LOCATION ON OUR WAY ACROSS CANADA AND IT WAS EXCELLENT IT WAS SO GREAT THAT ON OUR WAY HOME WE CHOSE TO STAY THERE AGAIN THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL THE HOTEL WAS CLEAN HAD GREAT LAUNDRY FACILITIES AND WAS WARM AND HOMEY”

“Their kitchen was closed when we booked for 2nights and we are not informed. Kids are frustrated because of limited breakfast ( no cereal and pancakes).”

“The pool was a huge hit for the kids they had a blast. The rooms I found muggy. I had booked two rooms thinking they would be adjoining but they weren’t you have to request it directly. So that wasn’t the greatest half my kids stayed in room without me lol. But there ages made it doable. Also a great locations. Would stay again ”
