“I had a very disappointing and unsettling experience at this hotel. When we checked in, our room was still being cleaned and was not ready for guests—it was actually quite dirty, which was frustrating after a long trip. What made it worse was the staff’s response; there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. Although we were eventually given a different room, the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy left a bad impression. Additionally, no complimentary water bottles……

“I left early and I did not have breakfast. But I think it would be very good.”

“Breakfast was the only good thing in this hotel, the pool area was gross, from urine on the floor in the bathroom at the drain, to snot all over the stairs on the slide. When we asked the staff to clean it, no one came and was still there the next day. Rooms were small, paint peeling off the resurfaced bathtubs. The homeless people in the lobby and outside bothering us every time we went in and out. Overall terrible and would not go back, not as advertised and not worth the money for this site.”
