“the poperty location has so much posinility, its a shame they font spend money on fixing the place up to its full potential, the fornt desk people are grumpy, furniture in the room and walls water stained , water coming out of the tub was positively disgusting and the shower didn't work. if it was for the fack i drove 3 hours to get there i eould have hone home, oh and the sauna was out of order too”

“Unfortunately my personal experience with this particular hotel was poor and based on the other reviews and ratings I’m not sure how it’s so high. The staff was great and helpful. My original room on the first floor had a terrible locker room type odour about it that just didn’t work for me. I was moved to another room on the first floor. The mildew and sweat smell was probably due to the indoor pool but it was challenging to stay even in the second room. From old blankets with cigarette burns,……

“Nice clean newly renovated rooms! Pool and hot tub were clean. Overall it was a great stay and would stay again!”

“The staff at this hotel is unwelcoming and unhelpful. Our Tv was not working and they offered to fix it next morning, when we had to check out. They collect your personal details like names of all guests that are staying which I found unusual. Parking is a nightmare. Narrow passages in the parking lot and no signs for hotel guest parking! They didn’t even offer wifi password and other details on paper. Avoid at all costs, experience was so bad that I had to write my first review!”

“I stayed here with my 10-year-old Samoyed, and we had a wonderful experience. The room was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was great, and there is a large grassy area right behind the hotel, making it very convenient for dog walks.
