“Rooms and building are all in excellent shape.
The pool was closed all five days we stayed at this property.
Breakfast provided was minimal compared to other Hampton Inns we have stayed at.
Many mornings there was no cutlery
Very little condiments
Very poor selection of items.
Staff did not seem concerned with these issues when it was brought to their attention. Just a sorry our kitchen is closed and the pool is being repaired.”

“Room was clean, staff were helpful and friendly. Being located downtown was okay. The city seemed to have a lot of businesses that were shut in the area. I also noticed that the google hours didn't always match reality. Outside was dirty and dusty - probably due to the large amount of sand they used for snow clearing and stuff. We enjoyed the restaurant on the 12th floor. It was super convenient. They had a dinner and breakfast buffet - which i didn't do. Food looked great, but didn't……
