“Absolutely wonderful property and location. Communication before and after with owner was stellar. Very modern condo, yet surrounded by heritage buildings. Property is 100% as advertised, no suprises. Excellent amenities within a 5 minute walk. Few was gorgeous very safe and eclectic neighborhood. In from Calgary for my daughters wedding, this property made my trip. I will absolutely return on my next trip to Winnipeg. I highly recommend this to anyone. FYI, I usually stay at the Fairmont or Inn……

“What a fantastic weekend spent. The rental property was well furnished, comfortable and super clean. The host was extremely accommodating, polite and responsive. We felt well looked after. The family and our dog had a terrific weekend and took in all the great activities downtown Winnipeg has to offer. Including a Goldeyes game. I fully recommend this loft and host. Couldn't ask for a better experience. ”

“We were a group of 10 - fifty women in Winnipeg for a two night stay. There was ample room for all of us to sleep comfortably. The bonus was three full bathrooms and a half bathroom which made getting ready easy. We were within 2 km ride to a grocery store which was also convenient.Property is located a nice quiet street with a covered front entry balcony - nice to sit in the morning for a coffee. There is also a lovely second sitting area to get away from the rest of house if you need a little……

“Kelvin’s suite was a wonderful stay. Its location was near enough shops to do your own groceries as well plenty of restaurants to choose from. About 30 mins from downtown and larger shopping areas. The place was clean, comfortable and quiet. Met Kelvin on our second stay, very kind and hospitable. The home is in a developing neighborhood, but the construction noise was barely noticeable. Definitely recommended stay for couples, friendcation and small families. ”

“Check in was flawless. Sylvia provides exquisitely detailed instructions and she’s available to answer any questions.Lots of fun little touches to make the place feel homey. Great place to stay especially if you plan to go to the theater. Sylvia provides lots of ideas for places to dine nearby.We didn’t cook there but the place seems well stocked for it. Building feels very secure. We were able to walk many places.”
