The hotel is located right beside the river, in downtown Winnipeg. It’s in a nice quiet location along a beautiful walking trail. The boutique hotel is a good size and tasteful decorated. The rooms are clean and comfortable. My room had a rainfall shower. The towels were nice and thick and a really good size. There is limited on site parking however we parked on the street. Around 5:00 pm we had to park a few blocks away and drive around to find a spot. At 11:00 pm we parked right near the hotel and no issues finding a spot to park. I really loved the quiet location beside the Red River. The staff were friendly and helpful. They had really nice bathroom products. The price is excellent for the room. It was my second time staying there and I will be back again.

Limited parking space. They don't have a dinner inside the hotel, although lots of cafe or restaurants nearby. It would be nice to have a microwave in each room, but overall their facility is good and impressive.

The parking lot is small. We almost didn’t get a spot one night because it was full. Luckily we found a spot right outside the hotel. Not sure where you would have to park if you couldn’t park in their lot. Other than that, this hotel is awesome.

Here’s a more professional, polished, and emotionally strong version of your review: ⸻ I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience during my stay at this hotel. I drove all the way from Toronto and chose this property expecting a safe and comfortable stay. Unfortunately, just a few hours after checking in, I returned to my car to find that the passenger window had been smashed and personal belongings were stolen. What made the situation even more frustrating was the response from hotel management. When I reported the incident, I was told that such occurrences happen frequently and that there was nothing they could do. No support, accountability, or compensation was offered, despite the fact that my vehicle was parked on their premises. I am now facing damages exceeding $4,000, and the lack of concern or responsibility shown by the hotel has been extremely disheartening. I strongly urge others to be cautious when considering this property, as guest safety and security do not appear to be a priority here.

Some of the furniture and fixtures are showing a lot of ware. Opened the window and the crank broke and wouldn’t close. Everything was clean though and staff were very accommodating. Bed was ok at best, but felt like sleeping on a large futon.

My husband and I stayed for one night in a king bed, upper floor, city view. Staff were friendly and helpful and the place felt secure. However, when we called down to the front desk, for an extra toothbrush, it was quite overpriced for what we were given. Most places we’ve been to provide those types of things as complimentary. The bed was comfortable, it was pretty clean (no funky smells), and quiet. It would have been helpful to have an additional fridge or more room in the drink fridge for personal items. Some of the rain shower nozzles were clogged and we had to clean it ourselves. Other than that the room and experience were great.
