Hotel Staff were good and accommodating. Hotel needs some upgrades it’s starting to deteriorate, bed mattress needs replacing hairblower didn’t work, walking in the room doesn’t give you a comfortable feeling but more of a “it’ll do for one night” type of feel. I appreciated security when walking outside the building and parking my car.

Expedia description of quotes include all taxes and fees is misleading. Going back to the web site, it says “parking available”. Be aware there is no mention of a charge for parking and that it is very limited at Humphry Inn. $12 per night and finally found space literally right next to the building parallel, such that if there was ever a vehicle fire it would be burning right by some guest or office window.

Breakfast was pretty good. We were disappointed that the website advertises a pool, hot tub and Steam room yet these have been closed since 2020! Please update the website, we booked this hotel specifically for facilities listed as available that were not.

Overall, it was a great experience. When it comes to service, all the staff are very professional and accommodating on our needs, from the front desk to the housekeeping. In terms of value for money, it’s really worth it and everything we need is pretty much included already (as a family). Attractions and places to go are easy, because the hotel is at the heart of the downtown area. I do hope that there will be a better parking space and the pool be repaired.

Drunk on the sidewalk in the morning. Rather sad place. Paid for overnight parking that I did not use and did not know I was being charged for. I thought I book an inexpensive room using expedia but it turns out my room instead of costing me 150 was something like 234. Over all a negative experience I will not bring anymore guest to this place.
