“The room was dirty and run down, hot tub and sauna didn’t work and we were not informed of that prior to our visit. I also got severly sick from drinking the tap water (there was no warning posted of a water advisory) my partner and I have emailed the hotel as well as general manager multiple times to express these concerns and have been ignored, Expedia representative also spoke with the hotel who said they cannot locate my reservation details which is awesome considering they charged my credit……

“Parking is ample.. staff were friendly.. the water park was ok.. the hot tub was not working, and I was hoping to utilize that. Little disappointed in the amount you spend for a room and there’s no complimentary breakfast. Coffee is $4.25 for a small cup and if you get breakfast it is added to the “great price” of $7.99. The food is ok, the beds were comfortable, however they have the worst pillows. Big lumps of polyester which resulted in a very poor sleep. Not to mention the room was right……
