Really old building. In need of repair and cleaning. 2 nd floor hallway carpet smelt bad walking down the hallway. Bath room door wouldnt close because it had water damage bad at the bottom. Limited toiletries and towels for 4 people. The kids loved the pool and had a great time. Lots of people out back of hotel very drunk and shooting up. Wouldn’t park back there for the night for sure. Good security, walking the hallway so felt safe, but too bad they had to be there. Won’t bother staying at that location ever again.

Here’s a natural and fluent version of your hotel review: ⸻ Unsafe and Unsettling Experience – Not Family-Friendly We stayed at this hotel for two nights with our kids before heading back home, and unfortunately, it was a very stressful experience. The environment did not feel safe or secure at all. Throughout the night until around 5 a.m. people were knocking on doors and causing a lot of noise. My kids were terrified, and none of us could sleep. I contacted hotel security and even mentioned I would call the police, but nothing changed. No real action was taken, and we were left feeling completely unsupported. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families with children.

I booked my room at 11pm, the room was non refundable and I was exhausted. I was in Winnipeg to support my mom through surgery and I stayed here while she slept in the hospital. I was so exhausted and stressed. People screamed in the hallways and in their room until after 5am. Construction started at 8am. The staff was friendly during check in and helpful. He mentioned kids were running around so they put me at the end of the hallway. All night the doors to the stairs was opened and closed resulting in slamming. Staff should have kicked these people out, they were well aware of what was happening. The hallways were stained everywhere, people had thrown their sheets and garbage outside the rooms just laying all over the place. I don’t know if they were overwhelmed with the people staying therr but the parking lot was pretty empty. When I checked in there were drunk people everywhere from the tavern downstairs, the whole lobby smelt like weed and I was worried I was going to be robbed. If my stay wasn’t non refundable I would have left immediately. I thought I was going to get robbed.

Had to call front desk numerous times over my 3 day stay. They didn’t accommodate the problems I had with loud people above my room or the fights, cussing, and violence outside my hotel door all night. Very unsafe feeling and nothing done to try to help or alleviate stress of me being there with my son during all this. Out first night there, someone pulled the fire alarm and we had to stand outside for 40 minutes and get harassed for money as we waited by the locals. Just a horrible experience overall. I can’t believe no compensation or attempt to switch rooms was made by the staff.
