Wonderful off-season getaway.

With family nearby, we rented both sides for our immediate family of 7 adults and 2 babies. Location was excellent and the island a fun getaway. The split house worked this time as we put the babies on one side and no-babies on the other side. Property could use some updating, especially the one side which has a smaller TV and uncomfortable couch. Kitchen stuff migrates from one side to the other. Generally very satisfied.

Unacceptable for kids and adults.

Worn sofas with boards protruding thru the cushions. Doors falling off cabinets. Front wooden steps treacherous with nails protruding, the grandkids received several splinters. Dirty sheets were found from the last tenant in the closets. Mice had infested the condo. Air conditioner couldn't provide enough cooling.

Family Vacation

We loved the location. Dunes West was furnished nicely. Dunes East could use updated furnishings. The deck furniture needs replacing. Vacasa was great helping with setting up the t.v.’s. Over all it was a great vacation!
