GREAT PLACE

Ive stay here several times and have always been more than satisfied. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and the setup with covered boat slip is perfect. I will stay here again for sure.

Relaxing Christmas

We really liked our stay. The communication with the property manager was top notch. Check in was a breeze. The neighborhood is quiet. You can walk to all you need. The beds and furniture were comfy. Only thing we wished it had was a toaster. Would definitely stay again.

Fall get away

House is in a really quiet area. It was clean and had everything we needed. We fished in the canal and saw all the local attractions. We were worried about the floor, which had several soft spots. Overall, a very nice rental.

Fishing and no sand

4 of us came for kayak fishing. Perfect set up - all concrete, fish cleaning station...and best of all...no sand. We caught lots of fish and overall had a great stay in this house!

Had a great stay

We took our two small kids here for a long weekend because my daughter wanted to catch and eat a crab. Mission accomplished! Had a great stay, caught a lot of fish, and can't wait to get back!

Great time and house. It does need a toaster, full length mirror, more mixing bowls, and serving dishes. Other than those few things absolute 5 stars. The dock is perfect, and nice neighbors. We will return.

Bring your boat

So close to the Gulf, fantastic dock complete with crap traps, cleaning station, grill. Home equipped with many amenities. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Rental company very accommodating.

The soft spots in the floor ( master br door and mast bath going in shower ) to me added character to the house. The refrigerator freezer ice maker not working was a drag. The amount of pots and skillets was great, the AC unit was great, the location was great, the assistance from the office was great. Just get a new fridge with a working ice maker and I will be back next year.

First time but not the last

This was our first time staying at this location and we absolutely LOVED it! Having our boat right at the house with us and not having to go back and forth to the boat ramp for the whole stay was extremely nice. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and friendly. The property management was so quick to answer any questions and resolve any issues we had immediately. We extended our stay because we loved it so much and can’t wait to come back and stay again!

House great, island so so

The best part about the island was this house was great, the neighbor on the right was very nice and pointed us to a restaurant with a pool and private beach. The only other good thing was from our location we drove 1-2 hours in both directions and visited New Orleans and Pensacola Florida. We made these trips primarily because the weather was horrible, and the island didn’t really have anything going on.
