    The Space:

    Welcome to Dauphin Island Beach Club #206! This Gulf-front property offers a great floor plan with a lock-out feature, essentially giving you two condos for the price of one. Each side features two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living/dining area, and a washer/dryer. Dauphin Island Beach Club is a beautiful, gated condo complex with two large swimming pools and a boardwalk that leads right down to the beach!



    What's nearby:

    When you're not at the beach or relaxing by the pools, you can walk over to visit the quaint shops and local restaurants just across the street. Bicycle paths run the length of the island, from the west end down to the ferry landing and the Dauphin Island Sea Lab on the east end. You’ll also want to stroll through the bird sanctuary and explore historic Fort Gaines. Kayaks, jet skis, pontoon boats, and bicycles are all available for rent on the island as well.

The weather was great. Owners should be aware that the toilet seat in master room bathroom is broken Also there are no wash cloths. Also the dishwasher is not affixed to the cabinet. It is lose and should be fixed. Paid approximately 900 per night and it’s nice but those things should be addressed.

This is the perfect rental if you have small children and need split living areas. We used half of the condo as a “quiet zone” for naps and bed time and the other rooms and larger living space was the hang out rooms on the opposite end of the condo. This worked perfect for us!! The size of this unit is great too. We’ve stayed in a lot of condos and this was the biggest as far as living and bedrooms which is great.
