Perfect relaxing stay!

The property was clean and well maintained. Oversized deck gave a great ocean view. There was a well maintained boardwalk to middle beach which was clean and never overly packed with people. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything needed to make meals. We can't wait to stay again.

Final trip before school

We LOVED our visit! The condo was perfect and fit all of our needs perfectly and the area was so much fun and relaxing. We were able to go to the sea lab and Fort Gaines. At the beach we saw dolphins, sting rays, crabs, and fish. The pool was super nice. One of our favorite family vacations so far.

Amazing

The host has thought of everything you might need. The kitchen was fully stocked with all eating and cooking utensils. More than plenty of towels for a family. Location was great, it was a short walk to the beach but managable, about 2 minutes on board walk and another 4 minutes to beach.

Great venue for enjoying the beach (which was our primary reason for visiting). As a handyman, my observations are through a more critical lens. The entry gate was non-existent (don't know how long it has been that way). Batteries need to be replaced in the clocks in the unit. The crown molding needs to be caulked at the ceiling in the living area. That being said, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The grandkids loved searching the waters for crabs, jelly fish, etc. as well as the swimming pool(s).

Great Stay On Dauphin Island

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time choosing to stay in The Inn 310. It always is extremely clean and the facility is well kept. Beach area is beautiful with very little waves so a fantastic beach for children. We go for the beach and birding twice a year. The pools are well maintained and hardly used the weeks we’ve been there. My only suggestion would be for the refrigerator drain to be repaired. It leaked all over the inside of the refrigerator just like it did in 4/22 when we stayed in 310. It’s a small thing but was aggravating. I’m not a fan of the new deck chairs that are very tall. If you have children or if you have mobility issues you will need to bring chairs to sit on the deck.But again, that’s a very small issue. We’ll definitely be back and we’ll probably choose 310 again.

Reviewer Comments: The condo had a gorgeous view of the beach and had everything we needed, including beach has a large covered patio that overlooks one of the two pools.We enjoyed sitting there in the evening and early morning, and watching all the birds and even saw a red fox on the dunes.The beach was very clean and wasn’t crowded at all. Can’t wait to go back and stay longer next time. We will definitely rent the same place again.

We loved the proximity of the restaurants and attractions as well as the friendliness of everyone we met. The beach is a good distance from the unit - we could see this from pictures but didn’t realize how hard of a walk it would be carrying everything for the kids and ourselves. It was a workout in the middle of the day. Also because of the distance you couldn’t hear the ocean from the condo balcony which was a bummer. As for the unit, beds and couches were super comfy! The guest tub would barely drain so everyone had to use the master bath. The baseboards and doors with slats (in every single room) were covered in a thick layer of hair and dust which made us question the cleanliness of everything. With a good cleaning this unit would have been perfect.It also came with beach toys, umbrella, chairs and a tent which was a very nice addition!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in unit 310. It was clean, nicely appointed, had a great view of the beach. It was comfortable for the two 60+ couples staying there. There were only 4 wash cloths, but it was sized for 6 and our older kids came for a couple nights. Luckily a friendly neighbor gave us a couple more. The walk to the beach is long, made longer by the record-breaking heat that week. We rented umbrellas and chairs to keep out of the sun. The water was nice, though tepid at best. All that has little to do with the place though. The two pools were very clean and inviting. A few kids were playing there from time to time, which gave a homey feel. The balcony offered a great place to read and listen to the ocean when it wasn't too hot. I've seen some talk about the drill rigs offshore. You can see them. They are about 4 miles out but they look closer. They are gas rigs, not oil rigs. We found it fun to estimate their distance, and what the different structure were for. They had no real impact on our stay. At night they light up like Christmas trees, looked like a party was going on. I though it was interesting. No real impact on star gazing. We had a good time, and no problems with the place. Dauphin Island is small and quiet. You need to plan ahead if you wan to eat out or see attractions. But there was good food to be had, and short drive up to Mobile if you want something fancier. We checked out the aquarium and that was fun. Plenty of AC, and you can try to pet the rays in the petting pool. Overall I'd recommend this place to friends looking for a quiet beach.
