This large, beautiful Dauphin Island beach house has a private bay-front beach, plus great views of the Gulf of Mexico, which is literally across the street! This bay front 3 bedroom (plus 1 bunk bedroom off the master) , 3.5 bath home features a large, 800 sq ft screened-in porch that runs the entire length of the house! Relaxation has 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and a bunk bed. This home also has a separate bunk room that sleeps 2 off the master bedroom on the first level for the little ones. The sleeper sofa is located in a sitting room off the kitchen.

There is a deck below the house with swings for relaxing in the shade and enjoying the view of the Bay. At nearly 3000 sq ft, this is one of the larger houses available on the Island, with a lot of space for a family to enjoy both inside and outside, bay front and also across from the Gulf. This home has 3 televisions and 2 DVD players, WiFi internet and a phone for local calls. There is also a gas grill provided.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit - $100 pet fee per dog applies.
