Sunsets!

We really enjoyed our stay at Paw Prints in the Sand. The layout of the house was good. The 3 kings plus the bunk room fit our needs. The commercial size ice maker was helpful. The heated pool was a real plus for our March visit. The location works well. Great bay and gulf views. The public beach is in walking distance. The sunsets were incredible !

Spring break 2024

This was an amazing property with a great layout. The amenities were spot on as it had about everything you could need in the kitchen, the pantry space was great! The ice maker was such an added bonus in this place. The heated pool was perfect for our stay to enjoy as it was a little chilly to swim in Ocean some days of our stay. Nice walking distance to main beach for some sunset walks. We did encounter some road flooding on our end of Island but nothing to deter us from getting where we wanted to go. Would highly recommend this property.

Great Home

Great home with easy access to the gulf and plenty of room. The house is basically brand new, with plenty of amenities. And the walkway to the beach is perfect, especially when lugging kids. Two areas of improvement are that bed sheets need to be updated and deck needs to be sealed. All of the kids got splinters in their feet around the pool area. The neighbors moving into the almost finished new construction were lovely

Family vacay

We loved our stay. Perfect house and location. We did Walmart pickup in Mobile on our drive in and highly recommend. Grocery options on the island are very limited.
The pool is perfect.
The bay offers amazing sunrise’s.
You can see both the ocean side and bay side.

We loved our first stay at Dauphin Island. It was so laid back and welcoming. We enjoyed our pool at “Pawprints in the Sand”. The home was equipped with all amenities, and was a short drive to restaurants and gift shops in the area. The sunrises🌅/sunsets 🌄 were amazing!

This house on the bay was amazing(directly across from the ocean with easy access and 10 houses away from public beach in addition). Tons of kitchen tools including a coffee pot that is combo Kerug and traditional coffee pot). We loved the large deck and pool.

Best Vacation

We had the best vacation at this house. It was dog friendly and we took both of our dogs. Very private place. It had everything we needed such as fans and a huge ice machine. The pool was perfect for the kids. This was our first trip to Dauphin island and we will definitely be going back. ❤️🐾🏖️

Wonderful place!

Loved the layout and especially the pool! We were there for a family reunion and this was one of three houses our family rented. I think ours was the nicest. I am just glad we brought spices with us, although we didn't realize we needed salt & pepper too. The beds were all comfy. The open space made it easy for our group. The table was big enough to spread out all of the 2,000 piece jigsaw puzzle my daughter brought with her. I hope it is available the next time we come to Dauphin Island.
