“This is a student housing building, where apartments are being rented via an external company based in the UK; there is no lobby or person to ask for help on the premises. You have to pick up a key from a lockbox with a code, etc, which is an additional step. Also, the company requires you to share a photo of your ID in advance or else they threaten cancelling the booking. They sent me a wrong key pickup code once and I had to call a British phone number to get it sorted out. It is all doable,……

“The space was just as described and worked well for our stay. It’s not fancy or high-end, but it’s definitely cozy and comfortable. The location was super convenient—easy access to the interstate, downtown, and the stadium. “We picked this location because it was close to our daughters house and would easily accommodate our family of 7. We had plenty of room and everything we needed to enjoy our family holiday dinner.
