「Daanish was awesome…quick to return messages and take care of anything we needed…great host…thanks!」

「Great location! Pool was wonderful! Beds were comfortable and washer dryer came in handy! Only suggestions would be to provide additional towels for longer stays, have maintenance check drains in bathroom sinks & showers and make sure bedroom table lamps had light bulbs. We would stay again when visiting Nashville ‼」

「Host was fantastic and very quick to respond Loved the place and location. Will definitely be back」

「We really enjoyed our stay at your cozy condo. It was very well appointed and stocked with everything we needed. And the view of the Cumberland River was a real highlight! We just have one small suggestion, to add handicap bars to the bathrooms near the low toilets for easier ups and downs for older people like us!」

「I really wanted to give this place a five-star rating. It was clean. There was plenty of space for myself and two others. I think it would have been comfortable with six total. The pool and patio area were lovely. I just didn’t see in the listing that it was right by busy train tracks. Luckily for us, we’ve all lived near train tracks and were used to the sounds at night. It was kind of hard during the day to talk over them while they were passing by. Also, it meant that you had to walk an extra...

「Over all was a good place to stay. It was clean some noisey neighbors but to be expected. Very good to communicate with.」

「Great location. We enjoyed watching the boats on the river either from the kitchen area or the small outside deck where the 4 of us could sit and talk. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. I really enjoyed how other previous guests would leave items for the next guests to use. Would definitely look at booking again on a future Nashville trip.」

「The condo was great and worked well for our family. We were able to walk to broadway and not have the traffic to deal with daily. Only small negative was the traffic noise when a truck used is Jake break on the highway. Would highly recommend and stay again」

「Awesome place to stay! I travel a lot and this is one of the best experiences I’ve had yet! Would gladly come back」

「Absolutely loved this place and would definitely stay here again. If you plan on spending a decent amount of time at the honky tonks on Broadway, I wouldn't consider anywhere else.」

「The location is great, and the place itself was ideal for me, my wife and our two girls. There are a lot of bars and restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute walk and if you don’t want to use Uber/Waymo, it’s like a 25 minute walk to downtown Broadway. The use of the washer/dryer was an added bonus」

「Love the floor plan and convenient location!」

「This place was amazing! Very clean! Did everything it was intended to do. Would highly recommend. If you are hesitant, just do it. You won’t regret it. Host was easy to communicate with. Thank you for an awesome experience!」
