"Check in was quick and pleasant. Chris was the front desk associate if I recall his name correctly. He was very helpful in giving me a room with the view that I wanted.
My room was clean and comfortable.
One of two elevators was in operation during my stay.
Continental breakfast was basic. Cereal, coffee, juice, bagels and muffins along with self serve waffle machine.
Hotel shows some signs of wear and tear ...torn wallpaper in hallway near elevator on one floor.
To sum up, this hotel meets my needs while visiting the Cumberland area and I will return again in future."
