Ski weekend

Great location for access to ski resorts. Liked multiple large TVs. Appreciated amenities in the kitchen. Couches throughout could use replacing - all are sagging.

We brought the kids and grandkids and there was privacy for each family plus space for us all to be together for meals and games! Well laid plans! We all loved the cabin and had a wonderful weekend! Would highly recommend! Everything went very well no confusing agreements or add Ins!

The Family Place was an amazing and well Kept cabin for a family trip or group of friends looking to get away for a few days. The hot tub was surprising in size and could comfortably fit more people than we expected. Tons of games and kitchenware to make meals and enjoy quality time after venturing around Davis. We got snowed in and had to treck ourselves and our baggage down the mountain where we kept our vehicles before the storm hit so we were unable to take the trash to the provided bin but an overall absolutely amazing time and place to stay. 10/10 recommend.

Lacking of cleanliness

Bathroom had hair and toothpaste in sink and tub. Needed to go out and buy cleaning supplies to clean on Sunday. The basement was wet and musty despite humidifier. Kicked up allergies on one who slept in downstairs bedroom. Area was great. Living area was small for number it accommodates. Gameroom has broken electronics. So not exactly as described.

Relaxing Retreat

We rented this property super last minute and the host was quick to respond and helpes us restore the vacation we thought we almost lost. We had such a blast! We loved the fireplace inside, the gated back deck so our dogs could also relax, and all the cooking tools available to make a great meal. The trails nearby are spectacular. We will definitely be coming back here if we can!!

Great Family Place

This was a wonderful place to spend time with family and friends. There was plenty of room for our group of 14 to hang out together or hang out in groups. Everyone had a great time and would like to make it a yearly tradition. Was fully stocked with any kind of kitchen appliance you would need. We didn't have any small children with us but there were plenty of toys, books and games if we had. Would definitely go back.

We had a wonderful time at the Family Place.

We had a wonderful time at the Family Place. There were 14 of us and there was plenty of room to spread out or gather together. It was very comfortable and clean. It was welled stocked with appliances, cookware, games, bedding. Everyone had a great time and suggested we make it a yearly trip. Mountain Top Rentals and Realty were great to work with. Always answered when I had questions and were very quick to answer emails.
