I would NOT recommend. My stay was 2 days, and the experience started off poorly with unfriendly staff at check-in. When I asked about the possibility of an early check-in, I was met with attitude and told check-in was at 4 PM, which I already knew. I was simply asking if it might be available sooner. When my room was ready, the front desk announced my room number out loud in the lobby, which is generally considered a privacy and security concern. The room had issues: the front door didn’t close properly without force, the bedroom floor wasn’t clean, and the bathroom had no storage (towels were stacked on the sink). TVs were outdated and not smart, so no streaming options. Bad order outside door. The amenities were underwhelming. The arcade had only about five games and felt comparable to a small setup you’d find in a store like Walmart. The gym was also very limited, with only four machines. The only positives were the pools and hot tubs, which were nice but crowded. I also inquired about a late checkout and was only offered an extra 30 minutes (until 10:30 AM). Extending to noon would have cost an additional $75, which felt unreasonable. Overall, the so-called amenities did not justify the $67 fee charged at check-in. I visit Daytona Beach often and will not be staying here again.

Upon arrival into our room, the odor was so foul we had to keep the door ajar. There was no way to access fresh air as the “oceanfront” room was a glass panel. We bring an air quality monitor with us when we travel and this hotel room was leaps and bounds higher than any hotel we’ve ever tested. (And as a pilot we’ve been in hundreds of hotel rooms). The switches by the bed were “hot wired” as they told us after we had come down to ask about them. When their technician came to show us how to use them he spoke loudly and abrasively saying. “ Here in America, we call this a light switch”. This light switch being in another room- had to be on in order to charge our phones. The gym was so small that only one family or room can use it at the same time. A glorified closet. No beach or pool access after dusk. We could not stay in the unhealthy environment and decided we needed to look for more suitable accommodations elsewhere. I highly suggest that you look elsewhere before choosing this establishment. After contacting front desk and management, went through Expedia, still did not get a refund from the property. ZERO money back even though it was a health issue. Expedia did reimburse half, but that was after multiple texts, emails, and phone conversations. What a mess. Be careful if choosing this company.

Everything was clean, great view, issue with AC. and they immediately sent someone to help us. Great people. The only problem I noticed was the fact that there were tons of people there that were not wearing resort bracelets. People that didn’t pay to be there. Also, the room has a coffee pot, but remember to bring your own coffee grounds and coffee filters (didn’t even have coffee filters). The room coffee quality was terrible, and I’m not hard to please when it comes to coffee. For caffeinated moms like myself, coffee is a must and not having any can really start the day off on the wrong foot. Other than this, it was great.

I would have liked a balcony, but that’s my own fault for not checking first. I could not possibly find anything to complain about with this hotel. Proximity to the pier was convenient while still being a quiet place to relax. Will definitely be staying here again
