Got to the hotel and there was already commotion from part of our large group visiting for Jeep Beach. The rooms were dirty, smelly, beds were done but obviously sheets had not been changed from previous guests. Pillows were dirty and still had head imprints and gel like residue. Carpets and room were musky almost mold smelling. There were cigarettes burns and a very suspicious spot on the sofa that looks like body fluid. I let the front desk know and they had me and a few other friends going from room to room so we could choose an " upgraded clean room" but they were all in the same condition. I ended up not staying at that hotel and now i need to fight for a refund as it was all paid in full, in advance months before. The hotel is in need of major remodeling or at least major cleaning. Avoid it at all cost. It's not even in the budget side so why pay resort money for roach motel stay.

Property has a Wonderful Ocean View in every room from what I could see. Reason for the 3 star review is due to the worn condition of the hotel. Rust was evident in the room and all visible metal on site. Kitchen has much older appliances and the stove was literally filthy with the bottom drawer sealed shut with grease. Staff were extremely curt and sad as well staffing was very minimal. I loved the vibe and the outdoor pool was awesome but not heated. Beach access was great. If I were the owner of the property a renovation would make this a great long term stay resort.

We were under the impression there was a restaurant and it is closed. Tiki bar was only open for a few hours our whole stay. Rooms were outdated with no new towels. Luckily the staff was very friendly and doing their best.

The property had none of the amenities mentioned! The heated pool was barely above cold, they don’t have a restaurant and no hot tub. Everything was under construction and people slammed doors and kids screaming all night long! Like tantrum screaming not playing. The front desk didn’t do anything! I would never in my life stay there again!

The rooms were not clean! We had to go into another room because they only have one cleaning lady that’s elderly, and she just couldn’t keep up and she doesn’t clean the rooms or change the beds as they’re supposed to be! They finally get done what they need to get done but this is a very old old hotel that used to be wonderful to stay at but now they’re just letting it go downhill fast

The room was honestly disgusting. There was bugs inside of the cup glasses. The silverware looked as if they had never been washed and just thrown into the things. The bathroom was disgusting. The floors were dirty. couldn’t even walk on it without shoes. I was highly disappointed. The sofa looked as if it was 100 years old with mildew stains I do not recommend this property at all

The view of the beach and Ocean from our balcony was breathtaking. Some of the staff was amazing. The room was great. The bed was terrible but ok enough to sleep on. Definitely needs a bed upgrade. Make sure you bring toilet paper and stuff like sponge and dish soap. All in all we had an amazing trip.

We had a beautiful view of the ocean. The beds were decently comfortable. This place is completely outdated and in very rough shape. They do the bare minimum for cleaning. Considering the price,uder 300 a night oceanfront, with a gigantic pool during daytona bike week, with tons of bike parking I'd give it 3 stars.
