The staff was very friendly. Grounds were clean. It's an older hotel so if you of high standards this is not for you. Overall we enjoyed our stay. I would stay again.

We had a bottle of red wine waiting in the kitchen, and enjoyed it. Everything is great. The bathroom shower is amazing. House is ground floor and easily accessible from street, and floor plan is well laid out.

This is a very old property. Very poorly maintained. It’s probably the worst facility that I’ve been in for over 50 years. Just nothing worked toilet seat was loose. The lights were burnt out. There was only one lightbulb that worked others didn’t even have lightbulbs in them. It was dirty. I wouldn’t recommend this facility to anyone.

This is a "on a budget" type place. That being said, we have stayed here so many times in the last 10 years I can't count. Mostly because it's not about spending your money on the room, it's about spending time with people you know and people you will meet. I also love the fact that this lil gem is one of the first motels in Daytona. It's not perfect, but what is?

The location is right in the middle spot of what Daytona offers. The staff is VERY professional, genuine & helpful. The rooms are a bit dated BUT clean, spacious and private. I liked the vibe of the pool because the guests were engaging not snobby! The beach was a mix of busy and peaceful- again a perfect mix!it was pet friendly with rules as it should be. Great experience!

Room was dirty when we got there. Toilet didn’t work and ac worked the first day then the second day it wasn’t as strong. I asked for help but was shown how to make the toilet work by opening the lid in the back. Probably would not book here again. If you’re looking for a really cheap seaside hotel this is the one could be worse. Door was a little sketchy too.

this place has a ton of potential but is in need of upgrades. I had no problem with the state of disarray until I woke up with bite marks in clusters along my arm (bed bugs likely). New beds and furnishings at a minimum would make this place tolerable.

Room was very dirty, we had to buy cleaning supplies and clean the room. The glass door was broken and did not work properly. The air conditioning did not keep the room cold. Had no dishes or utensils for the kitchen. Mattress was horrible. People were constantly arguing in the parking lot, long term residents. Elevator was out of service and stairs were quite slippery. Rest room was uncomfortably hot due to no air-conditioning. I tried to stay positive but was a very bad room for fathers day.

Luckily I didn't have my wife with me, she would have slapped me. I had my son with me. The place had possibilities but some bad decisions. First why would you leave a chair filled with stains and mold in a room? Just throw it in the dumpster or replace it with a nicer one from the same dumpster. Next there was a worn out old half shredded table cloth on the table. They could get a nice new one for $1.25 at Dollar tree. Finish painting the room. Luckily the floor was tile and the mattress's were foam . Other than the chair it seemed clean. Need a lot of strength to open sliding Door. The pool was disgusting. Mold on the bottom and sides. Seems like no one cares about keeping it up. It's a shame.
