Pineapple Shores Daytona

We were in Daytona for a few days for the National Collegiate Cheer Competition. Pineapple Shores was 3 miles from the venue and .5 miles from our Granddaughter's cheer team. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable. Everything worked properly. The owner was quick to respond to my texts. We were within walking distance to beach and nearby restaurants. The price was very reasonable. I hope to stay with Salty Dog realty on our next trip. Definitely a 5 star experience.

Building ready for tear down

When we arrived at the motel the office was boarded up with plywood. That should have been a sign. We went in the room and the floors were disgusting. This is clearly a motel from the 1950s and the pictures might be the rooms but they have been in heavy hard use for years. Worst room I have ever rented. We did not stay and had to search for a room at 11:00 at night
