Towels and pillow case stained with bodily fluids. Hair on pillow and excrement on underside of toilet seat. We were stuck there as it was late and there were no other accommodations. We had to use disinfectant wipes to clean the room. We kept our sox on and bags off the floor. We asked for new towels and we’re handed some equally dingy looking ones. Fortunately we had our own towels and pillows in our van. Expedia allows false photos and reviews on their site and we fell for it.

Our room was damp and moldy. They did not supply things they said they would (crib). When we reported mold and dampness, they said they couldn't do anything about it and have us a Manager's number. The "manager" never answered after multiple calls and didn't respond to our voicemail either. Windows were filled with live beetles so we couldn't open the windows. The water was barely tepid. The breakfast was definitely at least from the day before. Eggs were like hard rubber. Bread was hard.

Had to wait several minutes for someone at the front desk. The mattress was hard and sitting on some kind of tin box so everytime we sat on bed it sounded like a drum

Ok but not by choice

After getting ghosted by Arlington Inn we were forced to stay here last minute. Would not choose this place again. The beds were very noisy and made a tinny noise when you got up from them. If you don’t mind that the rest was subpar.

The booking system is not great. Wouldn’t take a different card when arrived at motel. Rooms were clean but beds were very uncomfortable- outdated and not kept up very well in common areas

Checking in past the posted time of check in, the gentleman at the front desk had to run upstairs to see if our room was ready. We watched him on the security camera screens talking to children with vacuums and an adult female. Came back down and said the room was ready and I informed him we had 2 rooms, up the stairs he went again. In the meantime other people had come to check in. Room was ok but there was food under the dresser and shower curtain was dirty, didn’t feel comfortable showering there.

Had 2 senior suites paid for but couldn't make staff understand so only received keys for one. Due to an illness one of our party was not able to attend so really didn't need the 2nd room however very disappointing that was charged for 2nd room that we never even were able to see!

The staff were great. The hotel needs a maintenance audit completed. Missing fixtures loose toilet seats missing screens on window etc. It could be really good if the upkeep improved
