「Josh was a great host and easy to reach. The place is just as described. Easy to access, convenient with what we needed. Josh even stocked a few snacks. Which was thoughtful. My only wish was for an AC unit in the living room, as it is a bit warm being on the second floor, but he did have a fan. Which did help. Thanks for opening up your home to us.」

「I really can't say enough about this property. It is one of the cleanest we have ever stayed at, and that's coming from someone with extremely high standards. It is a tastefully updated home in an established neighborhood and has everything you need in a home away from home. We were only in town for a couple of days for a graduation. It seemed like we were just 10 minutes or less from everything. Amazing host, amazing property - this place sets a high bar and there is no need to look any further...

「We came from Eastern NC for our daughter’s high school graduation. The house was centrally located and easy to get to. It was clean and comfortable. The stairs to the room upstairs are very small/steep…so be careful maneuvering them! But, all in all, a great stay!!」
