“This was an amazing home! Very spacious with excellent decor. It was very convenient as we were visiting for our daughter’s graduation from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, but our daughter lives in Deland, and was just down the road from this property. We were able to prep food for the graduation party (which was at my daughter’s house) and store the items in the refrigerator. Plenty of room in the kitchen!We did have an issue with the batteries in one of the smoke……

“We did not stay here. We went to the location to check in and met the host. The inside of the home was clean, but the surrounding area was awful. The surrounding homes are dilapidated, with yards full of trash, broken furniture, and miscellaneous items that make it look like a junk yard. We asked the host about the area and were told it is an older community, but a very safe and good area. The host was still cleaning the unit, so we drove up the street and came across a police officer parked……
