「This place was horrible! I’m shocked that it’s part of Marriott. We were very disappointed. They don’t clean the rooms every day, which was unacceptable. The staff was unfriendly, and the young Asian woman working at the café laughed in my face when I politely asked if she could replace my eggs. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I would never recommend this place to anyone.」

「We checked out before breakfast was being served so I can not rate it. I asked for a wake up call that did not happen, lucky my phone woke me up. Room smelled like it had been smoked in.」

「Unfortunately, this place was not what we were expecting. There were some things that prevented the apartment from receiving higher ratings. For example, no screens in the windows plus no AC meant we were hot the entire time. Also, the half bath has no fan, so when nature calls, you share it with the bedroom… especially with the barn doors. Finally, the pictures make it seem like the entire place is yours, but you are no one of four apartments in the home.」

「Stayed for one night to explore Downtown Anchorage. We liked the location as we were able to walk to the eateries and bike rentals we wanted to visit. The staff were friendly upon check-in and check-out. The only downsides were our room smelled of cigarettes, one of the bed sheets were dirty, the refrigerator hadn’t been cleaned, the curtains weren’t blackout curtains as expected (just regular gray curtains). For a one night stay, we managed, but these cleanliness issues would make us hesitant...
