Our accommodations were very clean. It was a beautiful location. The kitchen had everything we needed for our meals. The queen bed was very comfortable. The chairs had a little wear and tear on them and we had to request a few extra blankets as the sofa bed only had one very thin blanket. Our request, though, was attended to right away and it was no problem. Overall it was a nice place to stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the free underground parking was great!

I did not know we were facing the road with garbage dumpsters outside our door, plus the 0800 moving of dumpsters was rude. Not that you can help but the people above us were very noisy banging and moving furniture at all hours-0400! Not enough pillows or blankets in room No instructions on what was expected for cleaning when we left- what to do with garbage

Only 7 minutes to Canmore and great for pets! Our room was clean and very spacious for a group of 6, it was very quiet and the amenities are great! Only negative was the upstairs showers don’t drain, and the beds are old and creaky/too soft with flat hard pillows. Could use a few updates to the bedding and towels but other than that everything was great and made for a fun mountain getaway!

The condo was awesome and such a great quiet location and the unit itself was a perfect spot overlooking the mountains and right across from the hot tub. The only things I think would need improvement would be the bunkbeds were too hard to sleep on so my daughter had to sleep on the couch instead. The dishwasher and the washing machine were very loud so I’m trying to have a conversation or to watch TV. We all be there with that in the background. And it would’ve been nice to have extra garbage bags as our garbage got full and we had to ask the front desk for a big bag to throw everything out. But everything else was awesome and it was perfect for our Christmas.

Our room had a very strong smell of fish coming from the bathroom. Was really gross. Overall the room was comfortable and well kept. The bathroom vent cover also fell off randomly and the bathroom fan did not work to help vent the bathroom. Location was still convenient to get back and forth to Canmore and Banff.

Staff gave us the the wrong room number when we got there late at night and we ruined someone else's sleep. the reception desk is only open from 12 to 10pm so you can't talk to anyone and everything is handled over the phone. Staff on the phone is not friendly. We asked for late check out (from 11am to 12pm) and were told no because someone was checking in at 3. They wouldn't even offer us 30 min. The property is extremely dated. The beds are awful. The carpets are gross. The sheets are cheap and thin. Very disappointing stay.

It was amazing awesome stay had a great time. There was one thing that was bad we were right above the garage door for the unground parking so you heard the door and the garbage cans going up and down and the laundry carts so that hard for having dogs as well. And they were working on the suite next door too.

I booked this spot for myself and 6 other friends to stay after a backpacking trip in the mountains for the hottub. We get checked in and were informed that the hottub is out of order. Just happened to be unfortunate timing on that regard, the management was very nice about that situation. In the unit itself, the microwave was broken, the TV didn’t work properly (couldn’t connect the wifi to the tv to watch a movie together) and the showers didn’t have any shampoo or body wash in the despensers… just conditioner was filled. The bedding was clean, bathrooms were clean and the kitchen was nice though, lots of seating area and space for 7 of us with all of our backpacking gear. Honestly I’ve stayed in this resort more than once, and have loved it in the past and this time it was only okay. I will still consider to stay here again

The unit was well equipped, clean, safe & quiet for a weekend stay. It's in a very quiet area, 7 minute drive from Canmore which is fine provided you're aware that it is not walkable into town. There were no USB ports in the unit and we forgot to take our plugs so weren't able to charge devices. There was no window covering over the back door which was uncomfortable since the hideabed was in plain view of the window. We requested extra blankets as there weren't any in the room. But would stay here again

Parking was safe and secure. Hot tub was clean and lovely. Our condo had broken drinking glasses in it as well as a broken hide a bed. The bedding had some rips and the pillows were few and flat.
