We booked through a third-party and paid extra for breakfast and money voucher however, upon check-in, the hotel said they could not see anything about a money voucher and so we paid extra for breakfast only.

Not impressed. Immediately upon arrival there was a persistent smell in the halls kind of musty. Rooms were not the cleanest dead flies on the floor and muck in the corners.
