Trail #5 and the Mickelson trail run adjacent to the subdivision and provides easy connected access to the larger trail system in the area. Spearfish Canyon with it's rim-rock canyon walls, waterfalls, hiking and trails can be accessed in a short 5 - 10 minute drive and Deadwood is just a short 10 - 15 minute drive or taxi ride to enjoy the local restaurants and nightlife. Main Black Hills attractions like Mount Rushmore, Sylvan Lake, Keystone, Custer State Park and more are all accessed within about an hour's drive down Hwy 385. After all that fun you're having locally, coming home to your very own private cabin will surely be the best part of your stay. You can enjoy a starry night sky while sitting in the 7-person hot tub, view local wildlife as it roams through the yard, sit by the fire on the table fire-pit or just enjoy grilling food on the partially covered deck. With over 2400 sq. ft. inside and 200 sq. ft. of deck, there's a lot of room to spread out. The living and kitchen area is surrounded with floor-to-ceiling windows bringing the outside, in. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals for you and your guests like a Keurig, 12 cup coffee maker, griddle, blender, hand mixer, crock pot/slow cooker and more. There's a 65" TV in the main level living area connected to the internet and Dish TV, and a 70" TV in the lower-level living area as well with an Xbox and 2 controllers. There are yard games in the garage along with a bar table with chairs, family games, and an extra fridge. The garage also has extra hooks for coats and helmets to help organize all those things you brought with on your trail adventures.
