The bathroom floor was filthy, and it looked like it had not been swept or mopped. There were hairs in the bed and random dirt smudges everywhere. Felt super unhygienic and couldn't wait to leave. Also, there was a strong fragrance or cleaning chemical smell that gave us headaches.

The hotel is clean & the staff is friendly but I was charged 2x for my hotel stay. I asked to speak with the manager was told she wasn't in for 2 days. I noticed then the 1 charge was removed from my account still no one called or texted me. The next day the other charge was removed from my account will try to speak with manager again

Check in was a bit confusing, desk is on 2nd floor have to walk thru casino to find elevator to hotel room was very small for king size bed

Have stayed here multiple times it is always clean and the front desk is always helpful. It is close to a trolley stop and has seating while you wait.

We liked staying here. We parked in the front parking lot but there is an underground lot as well. Breakfast was good. A lot of people got through with very little waiting, I was impressed. The bed and pillows were good, room was clean and quiet. Hardly any wait for the elevator. It was a nice, safe walk to old town.

Beds were rock hard and I just discovered the hotel charged me for the room after Expedia did. They claimed taking credit card info was for incidentals only but it’s been changed not just held. I’d the hotel doesn’t fix this when I call in the morning I was be very upset

It was okay. What I didn't like was that the mattress was not very good, the pillows were not very good, there was no microwave in the room. All of that could have been forgiven. My major complaint is that I accidentally left my phone charger and cable plugged into an outlet in the room and I called the hotel when I got home to tell them that I forgot to grab that before I left. I asked them to please ship me my personal property. The person on the phone asked me for my phone number and said that they would "get back to me if it turned up". I have considerable experience working in hotels and I found it inexcusable to not reach out to me either way and inform me that they were sorry but they couldn't find my phone charger or to call me and tell me that they did find it and they would gladly mail it to me. Needless to say next time I am in Deadwood I will be staying at a different hotel. It takes 5 minutes to go up to my room and pull the charger out of the wall and probably less than $5 to ship my property to me. If they had simply mailed my charger to me they would have gotten a customer every time I'm down there. So epic fail.

Breakfast was included but offered limited options. Breakfast area was crowed. The corners of the room had accumulated dust and underneath and around garbage bin were dried up liquid stains and what seemed to be napkin bits or bits of toes nails. Also the wall above had liquid stains.

My family had a great stay at this hotel for our vacation, it’s an easy walk to all the shopping and dining in deadwood, or you can take the trolly. The only think I wasn’t aware of was the $15 parking a day which is fine just wasn’t aware until we were checking in. The casinos are nice and not too crazy busy when we were there and the kids enjoyed the pool area.

The hotel is part of a casino complex so it doesn’t have its own entrance. You have to go into the casino, find the elevator and then go up to the second floor to the front desk. This is not clearly marked with signage so I took us a little bit to figure out. Also they charge $15 per day for parking (which I had overlooked on Expedia) so be aware of that. The room itself was fine but the pillows are terribly soft and lumpy.
