For endless water views and enviable privacy - look no further! Situated on two acres of lush green grass, this true peninsula property has it all. Amenities include a private pier, open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, BBQ grill, crab pots, indoor & outdoor games, basketball court, gazebo for relaxing, a paver patio overlooking the water, and a fenced in area to keep any little travelers (kids or pets) safe.

Bring your boat, kayaks or paddle boards (or we can help you rent/charter any of the above!) to enjoy the lovely waters of Parker's Creek or venture out into the open waters of the Chesapeake Bay.

Take a walk or a short drive to local favorites: Umai Sushi, the Boathouse bar, Skipper's Pier restaurant & dock bar, and South County Cafe.

Our stay was amazing. The property was clean and well maintained. There were plenty of supplies available and the host was available if needed. Will definitely return. I would recommend a review of the documentation provided at the rental as compared to what was provided by VRBO. The door access code I was provided in the welcome email was incorrect. Also, some of the house rules in the rule book were incongruent with what was provided by VRBO.

Wonderful Family Get-Away

Celebrating my 70th birthday with my sons and their wives was a delight. I loved the open lay-out of the house. Room for everyone to spread out, Views were beautiful! One couple enjoyed the fishing, the other flew kites on the lawn. And our beagles enjoyed all the new scents. Everyone had a great time. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Lovely weekend get away!

This rental was simply fantastic. Everything was relaxing from sitting on the patio to chatting with family in the gazebo! The scenery was beautiful from the sunrise to the sunset! Great places to eat very near by. Viewing the water from all locations was the best! The family is ready to go back!!!

A perfect stay -- with bonus kayaking off your peer

This place suited us perfectly for our family gathered to celebrate my daughter's wedding nearby. I was able to bring my inflatable kayak and launch it from your peer. Lots of good conversations occurred on your porch, and in your spacious living room, as well. Thanks for the lovely spot!

Long Weekend Oasis

I rented this property due to the location on the water to get away, and it did not disappoint! The house itself had a great feel to it, it was hard to leave! I rented for me and my dog- family and friends came to visit and celebrate Mother’s Day- it was perfect. There is not a little beach or clear path into the water from the ground- only the dock- which made it difficult for my dog to swim and he did cut a paw going into the water, but that is the only thing I’d like to see change. Views from the house and lawn can’t be beat. Highly recommend.

A piece of heaven in the peninsula with great seafood restaurants around the area.

By far, best vacation place I ever been. Even though we stayed at this property during New Year's Eve and right after a huge freezing storm, the views and grounds were out of this world. The inside of the house was even better, offering great accommodation and lots of games and toys for all ages. Huge amount of dishes and glassware to keep everyone happy. The outdoor patio and grilling area are huge and extremely comfortable to accommodate the large party that was celebrating with us. All I have to say is thank you Rick for sharing your piece of paradise with the world.

Outstanding Property

This really is a terrific home with a spectacular view. It was just my wife and I and our dogs so we didn't even use the upper half of the house. But it was a lovely place with a great fenced in backyard for our dogs and a view to die for. The house and property was better than described and if available I would stay here in the future.

Amazing property. Just as advertised.

It’s rare you find a gem like this. Everything was in great shape and just and it looks like on the sight. The property was huge and perfect for dogs. Great views and perfect for relaxing. Beware the Jellyfish! If you’re going there expecting to get in the water you’re going to be disappointed in August, but that’s not the property’s fault. It’s a five star place.
