“Breakfast needed refreshing.
Main issue: our room’s toilet was unusually low and most older people would have a problem, especially because no security bar available for assistance to get up. This is a problem. And an additional bar in the shower would be appreciated. ”

“First the elevator was out of order and when we questioned the staff we were told we could cancel our rooms. The hotel was not well kept. My bathroom had chips out of the tub and my friend said hers was so bad she wouldn’t use to shower. The soap at the bathroom sinks was mounted on the wall so high many of us couldn’t even reach.
Very hard to believe this hotel was associated with the Hilton brand.”
