Wound not recommended the restaurant within the hotel. We went there for breakfast. Portions are small for price. No jelly with toast and one waitress serving the whole restaurant. This is the only downfall of our experience. Room was adequate. Everything seemed to clean. Staff was helpful.

Our room didn’t have hot water during our stay. We couldn’t shower, hand washing was with freezing water. The hot tub was empty, they didn’t even tell us when we checked in. We went to the pool and saw it was roped off. Went and asked front desk, and she said “oh yeah, I think we are waiting on a part”. I would think they would tell us this when we were checking in. When we told front desk about the hot water, she asked if we were Marriott Members, I said no. Then said because we booked with Expedia, we would need to talk to them about our issues and they would contact hotel. We may receive a portion of our money back in 30 days. Hotel was loud, kids were outside our room super loud at 3am. Pillows were very cheap, beds not comply. I never write a review about a hotel. I just had to share this. I would never go back to this place again.

Room did feel a little neglected, dust heavy on the lighting, especially the one hanging over the couch area. Hot water was capped at maybe 90 degrees and shower felt cold. Bed was uncomfortable and the tv just kept saying loading and wouldn't work. On top of that all that, we werr looking for a hot tub to enjoy after having spent the last few days cleaning out a deceased family members home and upon check in notified it was closed, there was no mmention of it on their websit or hotels.

Place deserves 0 stars. Besides the hotel flooding... 1st: Hotels.com do not supply specific reservation information to the hotel itself. I booked a poolside room, but hotel staff had no knowledge of this, where visibly annoyed when I insisted on a poolside room. They confirmed this as true, stating they don't receive any info other than bed size/count and # of guests. Hotels.com does not advise customers of this at any point, which is highly misleading. 2nd: The room had no heat. This was a surprise to the hotel staff, who assigned us an alternative room. 3rd: This room had heat, but also: a broken shower curtain rod, mildew, no extraction fan, and caulking everywhere. The hot water took several minutes to reach the tap. The countertop was dirty. There was a sign for a special drink feature (but the feature itself was missing). The chair was breaking, the bedside lamp shade was broken and had a pink and brown stain on it. The television was burnt in blue. I work in tech, it was not a setting, it was LED burn out. 4th: Outside of our room, the pool area smelled like sewage. There was molding/severe water damage on the wall and ceiling. A bucket was on the ground to catch the falling wet debris. 5th: Pool - water was dark, dirty, and FREEZING. The "hot" tub was lukewarm and dirty, the jets did not function properly and neither smelled like they had the proper chemicals applied. We used the hot tub briefly, but showered immediately after for fear of an infection.

This morning at 5:00am 1/22/2026 there was no hot water. When we called the front desk they said they were aware of the problem and had to call an engineer in to evaluate the situation. When we checked out at 11:00 still no hot water and I was unable to shower. I had a meeting scheduled today and I went to it un bathed and felt disgusting. Not a good experience!

Upon arrival, we were told the pool wasn’t heating properly. While that was disappointing, we weren’t too worried at first. We switched to a poolside room for easier access and thought the slight chill in the room wouldn’t be a big deal. As the night went on, the room became absolutely freezing. My infant cried and shivered all night long because it was so cold. The next morning, we went to the front desk only to find out they already knew our room had no heat, yet they still put us there anyway — knowing we had a baby. On top of that, we had no hot water that morning, so I had no way to wash bottles or pump parts for my infant. I’ve stayed here in the past with no complaints, which makes this experience even more upsetting and confusing. I have no idea what went wrong this time, but after this experience, I absolutely will never be coming back.
