Great Two Bed/Two Bath Accommodations

Accommodations were perfect for two adults, two teens. It was great that both bedrooms had a private bath and tv. I appreciated having plenty of towels, that each sink had hand soap and that K-cups were provided for the coffee maker. Area was quiet, I felt safe walking the dog and several restaurants are within walkable distance.

My boyfriend and I stayed recently, during the snow and ice storm, and we could not be more pleased with the comfort of this apartment. It’s so well appointed, and we needed absolutely nothing! We certainly enjoyed the massage chairs, since we were pretty much homebound over the ice storm. It’s a very well-decorated apartment with high-end finishes and a great location. We will definitely stay there again!

Atlanta Fun

Perfect home away from home

It was our second time at régal noir condo, and our family absolutely loved our stay! The condo is spacious and has a super homey feel. It is perfect for familles or anyone looking for something more comfortable than a standard hotel room. The location is also fantastic!

Clean and cozy. Close to everything Decatur. We will definitely stay again. Incredible game room and rooftop lounge. The pool was chilly, but the pool lounging area was a great place to hangout with family & kids. Having access to the washer and drier was a huge advantage too.

Great Grandparents Home away from Home

We are first-time Grandparents visiting Atlanta. We enjoyed and had a lovely stay at your property for the week. The apartment was spacious, clean, bright, and had a great walking location. The apartment was clean, well appointed, and just as it looked online. Parking was super convenient and the location was very close to a lot of really good restaurants. The owners were very detailed in their communications and prompt in responding if I had a question. Everything went great!

Perfect location and appointments!

Everything is lovely and very well appointed down to the kitchen pieces and bedroom designs. You can tell the owners spent a lot of time creating this home. Decatur is a happening town and close to much of Atlanta's visitor delights. Everything we asked for!

Nice place

Nice place and nice building overall. Location is very good as. Close walk I g distance distance to Decatur shops and restaurants. Helpful staff when I had questions or needed directions Parking convenient. unit and building was clean. Kids enjoyed games in lounge as they had ping pong, shuffle board and pool table. Pool was closed which was a huge bummer for kids.

Wedding Weekend

We recently stayed in Regal Noir while in town for a wedding. The property was amazing. Clean, well throughout and very comfortable. The hosts were amazing from the very first connection we made prior to booking the property. They were incredibly responsive and very detailed. Our stay was enhanced by the care and thoughtfulness of Jordan and Shante. We have already recommended this property and hosts to friends as well as family. We would definitely book again when back in town.

Great location and communication

We had a great stay in this very clean and conveniently located apartment. We were able to walk to downtown Decatur in less than 10 mins and parking in the garage was a breeze. The swimming pool was a great way for the kids to relax and cool down. The apartment was well stocked and nicely designed. I was very impressed with the quick and friendly communication from our hosts. I would definitely stay again!

Great Weekend

Everything was a it said in the the description of the apt. The beds were very comfortable. We loved beginning in the main part of the city of Decatur. We could walk to the restaurants. If we are ever in the area again, we would want to stay at the Regal Noir. The owners Jordan and Shante' were so easy to reach and were very helpful in answering our questions. The apt. was very clean and was decorated very modern.

Great Stay for our Family!

The property was a great retreat for our family while visiting other family in the area. The property was extremely clean which is very important to us. The beds were comfortable as well. We were able to use the fitness facilities and pool when we needed to. The property felt secure and we enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of the surrounding apartments. Friendly neighbors throughout the community. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area and will definitely see if it's available to stay in the future when we visit the area again. Thanks again for a great stay! We greatly enjoyed our first Vrbo. This property is in a great location to all ATL attractions and various places to eat. It was super clean and was exactly as it was shown in the pictures "very regal." Our two teens felt like they got a fancy adult room with their own full bathroom and large screen tv, while hubby and I got the same thing. Massage chairs in each room were a nice touch. We didn't get to use the amenities, but having a pool available and rooftop lounge was a nice bonus. We felt the neighborhood was safe and had secure parking. Super glad there was a washer and dryer (pods and fabric softener was provided) to make sure we didn't have to travel home with dirty clothes in our suitcases. Communication with the host was great and checked in on us to ensure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
