Cozy studio cabin in Pine with serene garden and conveniently close to highway.

"Great choice for a weekend getaway with the family and dog! The cabin matched the VRBO pictures accurately—very modern, clean, functional, and minimal, while still feeling surprisingly spacious for a 110-year-old studio cabin. The A/C and heat worked great. The full kitchen and bathroom were much appreciated. The enclosed backyard with a jacuzzi and electric grill was ideal for both us and our dog. The host was also prompt with replies and had a helpful tone. I will say, although the cabin itself was FANTASTIC, I think the listing could include a little more context about the location. It’s conveniently close to the highway—within walking distance—and there are even two restaurants right around the corner, which was nice. However, that also means it isn’t necessarily the most secluded or silent cabin when the highway is busy. That said, traffic quieted down considerably at night, and the evenings were very calm and serene. We saw lots of deer! And there was an alleged bear sighting right outside! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and thought the cabin itself was wonderful. It was a much needed getaway. Thank you!"

"This is our go to property when in Bailey. Again I really like keeping this place a secret. But the property itself has some new decorations. The infastructure of the area is being upgraded. The host informed us and offered us a free cancellation but we stayed there anyway. Linda communicates very openly. If you are looking a clean place to stay it is great. We spend most of the days visiting relatives. The people in the area are very receptive to visitors. Thanks Linda."

"What a slice of heaven. If you’re looking for a place that is quiet and serene, and you like watching wildlife walk through the yard, then this place is for you! The only caution I have is that there are quite a few stairs leading to the house. They’re made from railroad ties and pea gravel. My friend who is 79 had a hard time with them. Otherwise, this place is perfect!"

"This cabin is very nice and comfortable. You encounter wildlife pretty much every day. Even had a bear visit one night. My only complaint would be the weather. As with most homes / cabins in the Rockies it is not air conditioned. It’s been a very hot summer and got pretty warm in the cabin. Do yourself a favor and bring a few box fans to put in the windows. Overall excellent stay. The night sky on the deck is amazing. You’re far enough away from town to feel the wilderness and close enough to go out to eat dinner. Highly recommend"
