「I think for the price and location we were expecting more from the hotel, but what soured us the most was the "breakfast" situation. They served us expired milk (expired the day before) for cereal packets, thawed breakfast sandwiches that could only be reheated by a single microwave shared among 15 guests, and granola bars. There was fresh fruit, which I appreciated, but the single microwave for such a short window of time for breakfast was ridiculous.

「Very poor and unkind reception attendants. Didn’t tell us anything about WiFi or breakfast or where anything was. We were traveling on vacation and this was our worst stay in the whole northeast !」
「Handicapped room. Sink loose from wall. Sink faucets pushed straight back, difficult to reach. Sink and toilet plumbing totally corroded. As a wheelchair room, tub edge too high to accommodate. Refrigerator unplugged, husband had to crawl under desk to plug in and also plug in micro. Cigarette smell and cannabis smell quite strong. Very disappointing. Hotel certainly needs an upgrade. Bed was clean and comfortable.」
