Perfect Cabin for Family Gathering

This cabin was perfect for our family vacation (8 adults & 2 toddlers). Plenty of room for everyone to gather together & also enough space for everyone to be able to have some privacy. The kitchen had everything that was needed to make large meals.

Wonderful escape to the Mountains

This house was perfect for my family ski trip, 20 min from App Ski Mountain. House is off the beaten path and 4 wheel drive would be necessary if there was any weather at all. The house was everything we could have wanted.

A Great Escape to Recharge & be with the Family!

Let me start out by saying as soon as you walk into this cabin you literally feel all your stresses just melt away. The cabin is absolutely beautiful. We were 3 generations of family getting together to relax and just spend time together and I couldn't think of a better place. The younger adults had the downstairs game room to hang out and then the rest of the family had the upstairs living room.The cabin was extremely clean and inviting. We will definitly be staying at this cabin again!

Happy Trees was a great stay

Happy Trees is a beautiful cabin and a great place to stay if you are looking to get away. We wentfor the 4th of July, and enjoys fireworks and parade in Boone. There was food delivery which was great after being out all day. I would definitely recommend this cabin to any family or even just a couple looking to log out.

We enjoyed this cabin very much, everything was perfect. The kitchen is well stocked, the cabin was clean…etc. The only issue we had was the that the majority of the lights on the exterior didn’t work so it made it a little scary to be outside at night not being able to see what’s out there. Other than that, we had a great experience and will definitely return in the future.

The basement obviously has some water issues. Strong mildew smell. Mold in basement bathroom. We didn’t feel comfortable utilizing the basement bedroom or bathroom due to the mildew smell and mold. Main level and upstairs portion of the cabin was beautiful

There was no air conditioning on the second floor and the lights and ceiling fans were malfunctioning on the second floor too. It was a pretty miserable sleeping situation.
