Deep Hayes Country Park

Not so impressed. I stayed here 2 years ago and was impressed with the bed size and daily cleaning. The present arrangement is for guests to book cleaning the night before by scanning QR code, which I did twice within my 7 days stay. Unfortunately my 2nd request was not carried out by the housekeeper. When I reported to the reception before 4pm I was told the cleaner had closed and must have forgotten. Again there were too many guests smoking outside even into the night with the wind carrying the fumes into my room and many times have to rush to shut the ventilation and rather endure the heat in the room. The hotel will benefit from physical and administrative revamp.

Clean and comfortable, the convenience of staying inside Terminal 3 with such a short walk to check in was huge. Perfectly good for one night but I think the lack of windows would be a disadvantage if staying for more than one night.
