A cottage dream for those who want to live in fantastic surroundings. Simrishamn and Åhus lies nearby and here you can find a place to unwind. With horses grazing across the road, however, you are not completely isolated. The cottage is located as last on the road. With an accompanying annex, this is a perfect object for you who travel as two parties or as generational accommodation on holiday. Through the owner there is also the opportunity to rent a good motorboat, to be able to spend wonderful days at sea with fishing and swimming in focus. Once inside the gate, you are greeted by a quiet, soothing garden environment with the forest at the knot without being intrusive. A small stream flows through the garden and there is a pond on the plot. There are three cottages, two of which are rented out. The third today serves as storage. There is a large separate patio with a roof over it, where you can set the table for a good lunch or dinner. The first cottage was built at the end of the 19th century and has a hall, bathroom straight ahead, normally equipped kitchen, living room with a double sofa bed and a separate day bed that also works well as a sleeping area. Bedroom with double bed. Between the living room and bedroom there is another small hall with a door to a small patio. The second cottage is newer, and has a well equipped kitchen. There is a bedroom with a double bed, a spacious living room and a terrace where you can sit and enjoy the twilight, listening to the ripples of the creek and overlooking the pond. There is also a slightly smaller terrace at the front of the cottage, so the opportunity to choose sun or shade is great. This is a home for you who appreciate silence and do not have too high demands on the standard. The accommodation is simple but solid. The owner has previously smoked in the cottage, which you can not fail to notice, why this accommodation is suitable primarily for you who are used to that environment. We want to be clear about this, but if there is something that does not concern you, you have an absolutely fantastic secluded accommodation near the coast and all its wonderful coastal communities. Likewise, the famous Forsakar is not far from the cottage, and this is a place that is also a very attractive destination!
