Beautiful house behind the es moli hotel , quiet and peaceful.. 4 double rooms air conditioning in the downstairs of the house and in the main bedroom upstairs.
lots of fans too if you get too hot.

Up stone spiral stairs to house level. Half way independent Double twin room with en suite bathroom with shower and up a few more stairs main terrace with dinning table and sun beds. Entrance to open plan living space consisting of living room with open fire place and sofas on each side, dinning area for 6 with french glass windows over looking mountain and sea views . Off living area the Master bedroom with four poster bed and glass doors to front terrace and on right of this another Double room between the two a shared bathroom with walk in shower wc and sink. Two stairs up on separate level a modern fully equipped kitchen. Large glass back doors with outside sitting/ sun bathing area and path to bbq and outside dinning al fresco. Path to salt pool area and sun bathing. Outside shower & wc and sink area . kitchen is not big but well equipped for gourmet lunches and dinners,, dishwasher, microwave, oven fridge freezer. . the house is next to the tennis court which you can hire via Es Moli hote, also a really quick 25 min walk to the beach to the infamous Cala Deai (night manager.
Not suitable for very young children around pool area and balconies unless children are supervised .
great restaurants in the village but you need to book , if you are travelling in from the airport stop off at the carrefour an amazing selection of food and wine .
Every tuesday there is entertainment at the hotel a good night to sample the restaurants in the village

Perfect stay! Carol is the best host we have ever had, totally available and responsive. House is beautiful. Clean, spacious, cool, just incredible. Views are spectacular. Proximity to the hotel next door was a huge plus. We will be back!

Spain Family Vacation

The house was spacious with wonderful views, a perfect location for walking into Deià.Getting to the house was a bit tricky at first. It’s located directly behind the Es Molí Hotel, and you actually have to drive onto the hotel’s property to access it. The road leading to the house is quite narrow and only allows one car at a time, so just be prepared when arriving.

Vi nød at opholde os i det fine hus bag hotellet. Huset har en dejlig udsigt og mange hyggelige kroge. Carol var en utrolig sød og hjælpsom vært der havde svar på alle vores spørgsmål og sørgede for ny parasol og viskestykker. Huset havde dejlige store værelser, men køkkenet og især køleskabet var småt. Især hvis vi havde været flere. Poolen var fantastisk lækker.

Our stay at this Vrbo in Deia was truly unforgettable. From the start, the owner, Carol, made sure everything was perfect—checking in regularly and going above and beyond to ensure we were happy every step of the way. Her attention to detail made the home feel like a true sanctuary.The pool was absolute heaven—the perfect place to cool off after strolling through the village or hiking the nearby trails. Surrounded by nature and stunning views, it felt like our own private oasis.The location couldn’t be better. Just a short walk into the heart of charming Deia. And Cala Deia is less than 10 minutes away by car—get there early to grab parking! It was one of the highlights of our trip.Every detail was thoughtfully done, and it’s clear Carol puts a lot of love into this home. We didn’t want to leave—and we’ll definitely be back.

Lovely home… perfect position for walking into town. Car spit out front … very generous host providing all kitchen needs etc…. Pool is lovely way better than pics . Loved our stay… outdoor areas could have been cleaner furniture table etc. but overall a perfect spot to explore deia and surrounds

The house boasts an incredible view from the front balcony, a beautiful modern pool, an updated kitchen and nice bathrooms, as well as good air conditioning. It is in walking distance to the town, which is stunning.

Perfect Spot

Beautiful home with gorgeous views. An easy 10 minute walk into town. Our hostess was most gracious and communicative. She was very quick to help with anything we needed. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped. We felt very fortunate that we ended up in Deia and in this home. It made for the best vacation ever! We hope to come back!

Terrific Location and Property

The location of the property is outstanding, a 15 minute walk to Deia and short drive to Soller and Valdemossa. The house and property are also terrific with 180 degree views and the sea and surrounding hills from the ample terraces and pool deck. I would definitely rent this property again.

Very nice house

We really enjoyed our stay here. We are regulars in Deia, but this was our first stay in this house. Location is very convenient with a safe walk into beautiful Deia. Views are great - but surrounding trees do mask some of them. At least part of the pool area is naturally shaded for much of the day - which we liked. The kitchen - like the rest of the house - is more homely than luxury in finish and some of the cupboards are a bit chipped and flaking. We settled in just fine, had a lovely relaxing week and were sad to leave. There is air con in one of the upstairs bedrooms and the living room, so there is always somewhere cool to go. There are plenty of fans for the other bedrooms.

Fabulous villa & location

We stayed for 12 days in August and loved the house. The photos are a good representation of the villa, which is secluded and on a quiet (but steep!) road above the nearby hotel (with a parking space). The stunning village of Deià is a 10-12 minute walk away along a wide wooden boardwalk that is separated from the road so it easy to get in and out for visits to the shops & restaurants (we would definitely recommend the Xelini tapas restaurant.) The bedrooms are good sized and are either air conditioned or cooled by fans. The temperature reached the mid 30’s whilst we were there and we all managed to sleep comfortably. The bathrooms appear to be recently renovated in a traditional style. Good hot water supply and excellent showers. Various terraces mean that you can find sun or shade at most times of day, and there are 6-7 comfortable sun loungers (along with pool towels for everyone). The local rocky cove (Cala Deià) is a 20 minute downhill walk along a path (at times quite rugged) so is probably not suitable for the very young or elderly. There is a windy road that goes down to it but parking can be tight at the bottom. The sandy beach at Port de Soller is a 25 minute drive away and there are some great beaches slightly further afield. The stunning town of Valldemossa is an easy 15 minute drive away and Palma & the airport are 35 to 40 minutes, all via main roads. All in all a great villa in a fantastic location, which I’d definitely recommend to others.

Tolles Haus in Deia

Sehr schönes Haus, tolle Lage, man muss die Berge lieben da es sehr steil ist. Wir habe es genossen und kannten Deià. Die Kommunikation war perfekt. Alle waren unglaublich freundlich. Das Haus und der Pool wunderschön. Das einzige, wo man investieren könnte/müsste ist in der Küche. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Fabulous place, beautifully done with everything you need. Pool is perfect on a hot afternoon. Deia is a 10 min pleasant stroll along the broad walks. Lovely cove and restaurant close by albeit a trek coming back up the hill! All in all a perfect spot to explore Deia and the surrounds.

Utterly charming, beautifully located villa - 12 min walk to the centre of Deia, along a wooden boulevard (street lit at night). Four double bedrooms and two bathrooms in the main house (quite toasty on the upstairs bedrooms, even with fans but Carol is putting in air con) while the lower floor is cool d by air con. An additional twin bed (plus en suite) off stairs up to the property. Lots of lovely terraces, and beautiful pool (around 8m x 2.5m) area with sun lounges, plus shower and loo in pool house. We loved it.

Amazing home, great location

We were a family of 5 visiting Deia for the first time. This home was a perfect fit and great location. The town is a short pleasant walk from the house and we enjoyed many of the local restaurants. The pool area is private with wonderful hillside views. The Es Moli Hotel is just down the stairs from the house and gave us the opportunity to enjoy hotel amenities at our private villa. Lunches and one dinner at the hotel were amazing! We highly recommend this beautiful home.

Fantastic Villa in a great location

We had a great week's stay in Deia at Carol's lovely and very tasteful villa. The photos don't really do it justice and it's well located within a manageable walk to the village and close to the trail down to Cala Deia beach. Carol was very helpful throughout and we loved our visit.

This is our second time staying here, we absolutely LOVE it! The property is beautiful, well equipped & very comfortable. Beautiful villa, perfect location!

We recently stayed in Carol’s villa July 2022 for a 2 week break. We are a family of 5. The villa was perfect, it had everything we needed and more. The pool was ideal, our two youngest children were never out of it. Such a tranquil place, beautiful views. It’s a 10 minute walk into Deia with all its lovely restaurants and shops. A beautiful, quiet and relaxing holiday. Be sure to try the little ice cream shop in the centre of town! Supermarket in Deia also ideal for your essentials. We had a fabulous time. Thank you Carol.

Just perfect

Es handelt sich um ein wunderschönes Haus mit einem tollen Anwesen. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Einziger Nachteil - wir haben nicht viel Zeit in der Umgebung verbracht, weil wir uns auf der wunderschönen Terrasse und am Pool so wohl gefühlt haben ;-)
