Walk 2 minutes to the beautiful Del Mar Beach at 23rd Street. Walk to the Del Mar Plaza for dinner, Jake's, or bike to Cedras Blvd for food or shopping. There are 2 tennis courts and a half basketball court right across the street. An easy bike ride or electric scooter ride to the Del Mar Racetrack. The Beach Colony in Del Mar really is the best place to be! Our single family home has 3 lovely bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and also a Murphy bed for guests. The home has an open kitchen/dining room/family room with beautiful Fleetwood fold-open doors to the outside. Hot tub in the backyard. Beautiful upgraded kitchen and bathrooms.

Fantastic house and location
Del Mar is a gem and this house is in the perfect location to enjoy it all -- two blocks from beach and lovely 10 minute stroll to the center of town. Tennis courts right across the street and easy access by foot or car to many great beach walks and hikes.
House was recently renovated and is lovely and well-equipped. Great open concept kitchen dining living areas and beautiful sliders to small but well-done backyard with hot tub and ping pong. Bedrooms are comfortable and bathrooms great. There were a couple of tennis racquets and 4 pickleball racquets which we enjoyed using.
Jill is a wonderful host. She left a bottle of delicious wine for our arrival and was quick to respond to our questions.
In case you are concerned, I will note that The Coaster train line is at the end of the street and runs sporatically through Del Mar. It was no bother at all. We will definitely stay here again.

WOW! Amazing location right near beach. Beautiful, modern house and garden.
What a spectacular month relaxing on the beach in Del Mar. Only a 2-3 minute walk to my favorite beach watching the surfers, waves and sunsets. I loved the light, bright, spacious floor plan with doors that slide wide open to give you access to the private garden and patio. It makes you feel like you are in a tropical paradise with hot tub, hammock, exercise equipment, etc. Inside, the newly remodeled house has 3 separate suites - each with a patio or deck access. There is a fireplace in the master as well as the great room. Everything was immaculate. Every night we would take an easy 2-3 minute walk to the beach and watch the gorgeous sunset. I even saw the famous "green flash" for the first time ever! Every night the sunsets were different. I took way too many photos! The location was perfect for many reasons. Directly across the street is a public tennis court, pickle ball court and equipment in the garage. It is an easy walk to many of my favorite restaurants - Jakes and Poseidon - which are both on the beach. Walking to Del Mar shops and restaurants is fun and easy. Wonderful beach towns are nearby like La Jolla or Solana Beach or more. We will definitely be back for another treasured time.
