Just one block from the town’s charming brick-paved downtown, this 4-bedroom, 7-bed home sleeps up to 11 guests and is perfect for family gatherings, friend getaways, or a cozy retreat near Lake Geneva.

Whether you’re sipping coffee in the gazebo by the outdoor fireplace, cooking family dinners in the fully equipped kitchen, or relaxing in the jetted soaking tub after a day on the lake, Sans Souci offers the perfect mix of historic charm and modern comfort.

Noise Ordinance: Quiet hours begin at 10 PM (Sun–Thurs) & 11 PM (Fri–Sat & holidays). Violations may result in fines. Please respect our neighbors.

Welcome to Sans Souci! We’re so excited to host you and hope you enjoy a relaxing, worry-free stay. To keep things safe, comfortable, and neighbor-friendly, please review our house rules below. By booking, you agree to these terms.

Smoking

No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors).

A $500 fee will apply for air cleaning, plus $500 for additional deep cleaning if violated.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: 4:00 PM

Check-out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in/late check-out may be available if arranged in advance. Unauthorized late check-out may incur a $150 fee.

You’ll receive a key code 24 hours before arrival. The code will work from check-in until check-out.

Events & Gatherings

Please let us know if you’re planning a celebration or gathering.

Parties without prior approval are not allowed.

Be respectful of the property and our neighbors at all times.

Parking

Free driveway parking for multiple cars.

Please do not park on the grass.

Quiet Hours & Noise Ordinance

Delavan’s noise ordinance starts at 10 PM Sun–Thurs and 11 PM Fri–Sat & holidays.

Violations may result in a $250 fine + possible city fines.

Child Safety

The home is family-friendly, but please note it has stairs.

A baby/pet gate is provided for safety. Parents are responsible for supervising children at all times.

Pets

Pets are welcome! We provide bowls, crates, toys, treats, a pet bed, and a stake + leash for the yard.

Please clean up after your pets and keep them off furniture when possible.

Safety & Energy

Please close and lock all windows and doors when leaving.

Turn off lights and fireplaces when not in use.

Fireworks & City Rules

Fireworks are not allowed by city ordinance and may result in fines.

Damages & Breakages

Please report any damage, breakage, or malfunction right away so we can address it.

Guests are responsible for damage caused by negligence, which may be deducted from the security deposit.

Please avoid moving heavy furniture to prevent damage.

Cleaning & Check-Out

No food or drinks in bedrooms, please.

Load and run the dishwasher before check-out.

Place trash and recycling in the outdoor bins. (Collection: Tuesday mornings.)
