“This is an old historic house decorated in fun baseball motif. We had a little problem with the plumbing on arrival but it was promptly fixed to full satisfaction. The kitchen was fully stocked. The location was walking distance to breweries and Main Street.”

“This was a great, comfortable place to stay. Very clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The only problem we had was the tv didn’t work because it wouldn’t connect to the internet. The NCAA tournament was on and we wanted to watch some games but there were two restaurants/bars within walking distance so we were able to watch there. Jack did send someone to try to get the tv on line but they were unable to do so. All in all, we loved staying there and hope to come back. ”

“This home is very clean and very spacious. It was very comfortable for my extended family of 6 and definitely would accommodate a couple more people as we didn't use all the beds. Really special early 20th Century architecture. Located a few minutes away from all the conveniences in town.”

“Super cute and very quiet locations. Close to the attractions we wanted to see but away from everything when we just wanted to relax. Nice big yard for people and pets. The dogs loved exploring a new place. Host was very responsive and answered all questions quickly. We had a bit of trouble finding the place because it is set back from the road. A neighbor was very helpful. Everyone in Potosi was friendly and welcoming. Charming cute area.”

“This was the best VRBO my family and I have ever stayed at. The host was very communicative and even offered date-specific community event ideas. The view from the property was absolutely beautiful, and the area was very quiet. My family of 6 comfortably fit in the house, and we could have probably fit a couple more quite comfortably as well. If we end up heading back to Iowa, we will be trying to reserve this home again. STRONGLY recommend!”

“Absolutely a great place to stay. Host was great, let us us check in a little earlier, and check out a little later. We were here for a wedding nearby. There was a beautiful porch with comfy chairs overlooking a beautiful lake. We enjoyed our morning coffee there. Not one complaint or concern here!”
