"Everything is on 17th St., so was easy to find. The place used to be apartments so the room was very large and extremely clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I liked being able to look out at the waterfall that was across the street. I would stay there again if I needed to be in Topeka, KS."

"The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We didn’t take advantage of the manager’s reception but were given 2 drink coupons per adult which was a nice addition. My husband mentioned there were a couple sketchy folks in the parking lot but no harm done. Very convenient location, right off I70."

"Seth is a fabulous host! Quick response and very accommodating. We had everything we needed and our cats were cozy! Wish it hadn't been so hot so we could.have enjoyed the screen porch.The king size bed is super comfy! Slept really well. Quiet neighborhood!"
