「Our stay at the hotel. Staff food friendliness etc was excellent. My stay as a disabled person was not. The disabled access room was last on the corridor. This is a regular occurrence at hotels. If you are not bringing you scooter due to flight restrictions etc the length you walk can be critical to the success. There was no disabled / family changing at the pool. Limited seating and although direct access through staff entrance would have greatly reduced the walk and risk of slipping it was...

「check in very slowly.The hotel server people said“3 o'clock”，But I didn't have one room until 3 o'clock. The room's lamp was bad.and haven't hairdryer，haven't heating pipe.I called servers thrice,They didn't solve any problems.I don't know why four star.入住办理很慢，说三点有房结果到点依旧没房，房间的灯是坏的，没有吹风机，暖气也是坏的，打了客服中心三次电话，没人过来解决任何问题，不知道哪来的四星」

「除了離市區有點距離，其餘都還不錯！記得，從都柏林機場搭747或757到都柏林市區後，可以在問人說搭79a往West pack公車怎麼走！都在市區附近而已⋯⋯非常建議玩四天三夜的都柏林之旅！可以買三天的Dublin’s best value city pass(Airlink Express、Hop on Hop off、Dublin bus)三種車都能搭！72小時才€35非常划算！」

「Was disappointed when we got there and realised there was no bar or restaurant. It was only a place to stay . Walked into Dundrum for something to eat . Overall the room was clean and the bed comfortable but not hotel facilities 」
