6BHK Apt (2nos of 3BHK apts on same Floor ) for 12 guest at Chattarpur New Delhi

We have 8 No’s 3BHK apartments (i.e 24 Rooms) in a 5 storey building. So, in total we can accommodate 60-70 guests in 8 apartments.

- Living Area & Modular Kitchen with all necessary equipments.
- King size Double Beds.
- A contemporary wardrobe is available in all the Rooms.

- We provide breakfast to our esteemed guests.
- Our apartments are available for short & Long Stay
- 24 hours Security and Care Takers are available at the property.
- Laundry Services available on request.

The host will be available for interaction in person, when available at home. If not, I'm just a call / email away almost all the time. I'll be available to assist you.

There are a number of options to commute to the place from airport, as listed below:

- Taxi services are a plenty from the airport as well.
- Detailed directions and commute guidelines will be sent over messages post booking.
- Pick up & Drop facility can be provided on payable basis.
- Delhi Shopping tour & Delhi tour for one day for longer stay (7 or more nights) payable basis.

The Neighbourhood
It's well connected to Delhi Metro & Airport. Nearest metro station is Chattarpur. It is approximately 1.85 Km from metro station.Public transport is also available.This property is located right near the Tivoli Gardens having 24 Hours kitchen & security

The nearest bus stop is 50 meters from our apartments. Uber / Ola is the easiest option to get around. If you prefer the autos, they are always available.

House Rules
RULES FOR STAYING :

This property is brand new property with good interiors

- 6 guests can accommodate in an apartment. Extra guests can ask for extra beddings at a reasonable cost.
- Guests are requested to keep ACs, fans, lights etc. switched off when not in use
- We have no smoking policy inside the apartment. It can be in Balcony or staircase area.
- Govt. ID (Adhaar Card etc) needed of the person in whose name the booking is confirmed.
- Keep the apartment free from any damage to moveable's furniture etc or any fixed item.
- Guest will be responsible for any loss to the property during their stay in the apartment.
- Keep your luggage locked when you leave the apartment. We are not responsible for any belongings, So take care of your belongings.

- Visitor can be allowed only for 1-2 hours in a day at the reception area.

RULES FOR PARTY :
- We also allow small parties upto 10 guests.
- Extra Guests (More Than 10) would be at additional cost of Rs 500/-Per Guests.
- Guest list for party should be given in advance.
- Max 6 guest can stay at night rest have to be leave after the party or as decided.
- More then 15 guests will not be allowed in party at any cost.
- Loud music is not allowed after 10.00 pm. Only T.V is allowed in normal volume
