Booted this hotel via hotels.com and paid for the stay online, after calling the reception they said that tgey have not received the payment and any email for booking. Post following up with hotels.com chat service, Ivory hotel receptionist agreed the booking was made and payment was done. However, the room was very tiny with no window and there was a power cut in the hotel so no light in room and bathroom, no hot water in bathroom and wifi was also not working. Once you are in the room the phone network is dead. When ordered lunch it took 2 hrs for them to prepare and when left outside for the lunch, then they brought same orderd lunch as dinner and said apne order kiya tha. In the morning, they ask to pay for the breakfast extra, but it was paid already while booking from hotels.com. very terrible experience. Would not recommend to anyone.
