The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel’s level of cleanliness was very unsatisfactory. There were cockroaches in the room, and when we moved the side table it was clear that cleaning was poor, with more dead cockroaches underneath. We understand that this is a 3-star hotel, but basic cleanliness should not depend on star rating. The staff kindly arranged for us to move to another hotel, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the cleanliness there was still not ideal and did not fully compensate for the unpleasant experience, although there were no cockroaches.

Great hotel, all the staff is really helpful, special shout out goes to the house keeping team who cleans the room every day professionally. Ashok and Swami used to clean our room every day in the evening, both were really nice and helpful. We stayed at the property for 10 days and we had a really good time. The property is located right on the shopping center and good eating place right next to the hotel. I would highly recommend this Hotel.

Room was super insulated and we slept very well after arriving around midnight. Check-in staff were excellent and it was so very convenient to walk straight out of arrivals, down the lift and into the hotel. I would definitely book again.

I was very impressed by the beautiful spiritual decor at the reception desk. The room, although a bit small, was more than adequate. The bed, mattress, pillows, and linens were clean and comfortable. Delhi has always been a chaotic area, but this hotel was on a road with less traffic, making it easier to walk on the streets and find cab parking space. By far the best thing about this hotel was the exceptional food on their extensive menu. I loved everything I ordered, veg and non-veg. I told the front desk I would be back because of the food there, but there was a lot more to love about this place!

The front desk staff was welcoming, professional, and friendly. The room was clean and the provided room amenities were minimalist yet reasonable. Breakfast was great and the chai was hot and delicious. I stayed in two different rooms. Both had items in disrepair, but nothing major. Everything I reported was repaired or replaced quickly. I didn't report the bedside lamp in the second room, which was taped together as a fix. Airport pickup was challenging, but now that I've visited Deli, my assumption is that this is the norm. My original plan did not include a stay in Deli, so in the end, I was happy to find a hotel in this price range at the last minute.

The reception staff were nice and the room generally ok too. However a staff member tried to enter my room unannounced at 2am to see if another customer had left clothes in there. The hot water and the kettle didn't work. There were minor stains on the sheets and multiple long hairs that were not mine around the room. I paid $52 AUD and the service I received was fine but the price was far too high for this.

Perfect airport hotel. Soft, clean bed sheets and towel, nice fresh breakfast. Not fancy- but perfect for a comfy overnight if heading back to airport which is a very short drive away. The exterior of hotel/street is not very inviting. However, once inside the staff is very welcoming/helpful/kind and everything works as it should. Nice hot shower, bottles of water, good lighting, firm mattress, quiet rest. I was super refreshed and ready for my flight, the fresh breakfast was a nice plus. Good value for money. There is no airport shuttle - uber is cheap and fast to get here.

It was horrible experience, After travelling for 30 hours wnen we reached the hotel we were told that there is no booking for us. We were stranded in a foreign country at midnight with no where to go, We had to spend the night at the airport.
